Andrew D. Linden is an Assistant Professor of Sport Management at Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan. He researches the intersections between sport and social politics with an emphasis on American football in the second half of the twentieth century. He is working toward a Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in the History and Philosophy of Sport, and he received his B.A. in History (2010) and his M.A. in Sport Humanities (2012) from Ohio State University. He served as the Student Member-at-Large on the Executive Board for the North American Society for Sport History from 2013-2015, and is the Communications Coordinator for the Journal of Sport History. His work has been published in the Journal of Sport History, The International Journal of the History of Sport, Sport History Review, and Feminist Media Studies.
